test(e2e): fix MeetingRoom - adjust participant view tests

These tests have been failing in CI, so this MR fixes them by making multiple improvements:

• 49848802: fix selectors in MeetingRoom > ViewOptionsPage
  • these selectors seem to have changed in the application and so the tests need to be adjusted
• cf23508b: delete workaround for local setup
  • it's really hard to maintain the differences between the version we are running locally from the testing environment and the deployed version in CI. And I think that is not needed as it hopefully will change soon
• 6b587a35: bring moderators meeting room to front after joining as guest
  • good to have the moderators screen again in front before executing more actions there. This seems to make tests more stable and also make it easier to debug tests when in headed mode
• b595091f: delete selection of already selected option
  • selecting the option makes the menu disappear, so we cannot check for the Tick icon
• 5804d5a6: improve locator
• fd623871: delete not needed awaits
• 86e3d99f: simplify test
