Resolve "fix React refresh for vite HMR"

Note for the QA: There are no functional changes visible for the user. Only internal ones. Please, perform smoke test.

Following changes in the structure

Constants

  • If constants are shared between files on a component level, extract the constants a local constants.tsx file inside the component folder
  • If constants are shared between components, extract the constants to the global src/constants.tsx files

Notifications

  • For notification we uses to have separate functions, like show or create notification. Extracted them to a separate utils.tsx file in the notifcations component folder

Providers

  • Alignes Provider/Context/Hook structure as per FullscreenPorvider

Hooks

  • Moved all hooks to the hook folder
