Reword the more menu button that opens the settings menu to

• reword the more menu button to open the settings to "enable subtitles" (when the transcription service is off)
• reword the more menu button to open the settings to "manage subtitles" (when the transcription service is on)
• cancelling the settings menu resets the state of the selection
• change icons to CC icons
• remove three dots from the subtitle display when nothing is being said
