Meeting Details: Show Conditional Meeting/Invite Link

Summary

Currently the "Meeting details" popup, the invite link is hidden for moderators when guest access is off, but invited (non-guest) users still see it (it's actually a plain room link, not a guest invite). This is inconsistent and exposes a link that shouldn't be presented

Expectation The link section should behave the same for moderators and invited users.

Acceptance Criteria

• Always display the link, with conditional wording:
  • invite code present → "Invite Link"
  • no invite code → "Meeting Link"
