add keyboard shortcuts for raise hand and screen share

Screen sharing and raise hand are currently not accessible via keyboard shortcut. Users who rely on keyboard interaction during meetings cannot control these functions without switching to the mouse.

Which solution would you like to see?

Extend the existing shortcut system established in "Standardize Keyboard Shortcuts Across Core Meeting Functions" by two additional functions.
