Follow up issue

1. Duplicate answers can be provided. That should not be possible and should be denoted with an error.

2. When there are 3 or more answers, answer fields with index > 1 are not deletable.

3. The focus ring is not visible around the newly styled chips

acceptance criteria

• If there are more than 2 answer options, all of them should have the delete (x) button. If there are only 2, none should have them
• The text "Create poll" should be an h4 Element (as it currently is on staging)
• Focus ring should be completely visible on the answer chips if they are input fields and if they are chips
• When duplicate answers are provided an error message should be shown stating that duplicate answers are not allowed
